- Re-hydrate hair at least 3x week
- Maintain a healthy hair regimen i.e drink plenty of water, maintain a healthy diet, incorporate exercise.

- Water base hair products works best for 4C hair texture
- Choose hair products designed for your hair type
- Avoid touching the hair or over manipulating
- Deep condition as needed
- Using hair steamer opens the hair cuticle to allow the moisture in
- Rinse the hair with cold water to lock the moisture in
- Wear healthy protective hair styles to help lock in hair moisture
- For best use apply products on wet or damp hair.
